As a long time Tallahassee resident, I thought we were doomed to mediocre bagels when The Bagel Peddler closed. Then Bruegger's opened and I was hooked. I haven't had a bagel from Bruegger's that hasn't been delicious! The Monroe Street location is on my way to work so I stop by at least once a week. Jim and his staff are always pleasant and welcoming! A great start to my day!

I frequent this location and enjoy using the app, and rewards. I ordered a dozen plain bagels, not long after 12 PM today and when I went to pick them up, the man gave me so much attitude about how I should have ordered them earlier or given them a call because they weren’t gonna make any more plain bagels. Mind you they still are open for 2 hours. Maybe I just don’t know how long it takes to make bagels but regardless he went on and on giving me so much attitude and being mean to me about how they’re not gonna have many more people come in and I should call them in the morning for my bagels. This was the most terrible experience I’ve ever had at this location and I frequent it

The front desk worker is so grumpy and they sell out of bagels VERY early. You shouldn’t be sold out of almost every bagel flavor at 11 am. It’s a bagel shop, you should have bagels in stock. I think it’s a little silly they don’t make enough supply to last until close or make more. This location has lost my business.

As a native New Yorker, these bagels are the real deal. Probably the closest you'll get to a real NY bagel in Tallahassee. They're actually better than some of the not so great bagel shops IN NY! I don't say this lightly. Delicious bagels, we tried some if the specialty sandwiches too which were also great. The pastrami and lox 👌👌👌👌 very well done, Bruegger's Bagels! We've declared this our official breakfast go to! Also, I really love that the dozen comes in a cute fold out box and not a paper bag ☺️

This is at least the Third time now .. I pull up to the store after they should be open at 0600, it is about 0615. I see the lights are mostly out, police officer waiting in the parking lot. Two People inside but door is not open, open sign not lit. I knock and either they cannot hear me or they ignored me. I ordered my food on the app and it was paid for so I wanted to get it and go. 3 more customers show up. Still not opening up. Around 0635 I knock harder and the young man making bagels comes and opens the door. When I get inside the young woman is visibly unnerved and frustrated. She was doing her best not to show it and said very little. Very polite and professional. I realized that the manager was not there (likely why the door was not open) You have to lead from the front, manager should be the first in and last out. This used to be a great store what the hell happened?
